Condition report: Oil on a fine weave canvas which is unlined. The canvas tension is slightly slack and stretcher bar marks have formed in the paint layer. There is a damage in the upper right quadrant which has been repaired. The overpaint in this area is matte and the surface texture is uneven. Overall the paint layer is in a good condition. There is a thick layer of varnish with drips and tide marks. The varnish is glossy and yellowed. The frame is in a good condition, there are a few chips and losses at the edges.
