A little dirty. Craquelure throughout. Paint a little thin in some central areas, possibly from an earlier clean. Textured bitumen in places, especially the lower quarter. Seen under UV light - a lot of retouching throughout, this includes older refilling to the craquelure in the sky, retouching to the foliage of the trees, newer retouching to the ground throughout.
