黃皮白地翡翠，圓筒狀器型碩大，巧雕作花插容器。鏤雕花插，一般料子體積較大，將鏤雕的題材與容器結合起來。作品中的花枝多為大葉、花朵也較大，整體形狀不甚規整，往往依材料形狀進行設計，在塊體上較無明顯的取捨。此件作品內部膛掏作容器，外壁鏤空透雕，以植物紋飾圍繞主器，一面作梅花喜鵲，梅與眉同音，借喜鵲登在梅花枝頭，寓意「喜上眉梢」、「雙喜臨門」、「喜報春先」。一面作雞冠花與雄雞，有「冠上加冠」（官上加官）、步步高升、吉星高照等寓意。兩面合起來看，均是吉祥寓意之聯想，雕工亦巧妙利用色差，形成深淺不一的視覺層次感。
