Set of two silver pendant watches. CASES: A) octagonal in shape, consisting of three parts. The lid is engraved with a baptismal scene in the centre. The profile of the case, divided into eight sides, is decorated with masks and arabesques. The reverse is engraved with a sacramental scene. B) Oval in shape, made up of two parts. The lid is engraved with a scene depicting Adam and Eve being driven out of paradise. The reverse of Eve offering the forbidden fruit to Adam before the tree of temptation, around which the serpent is wrapped. DIALS: A) Silver, fully engraved, with a cherub at the top and a sphinx head at 6 o'clock. Gilded brass ring dial engraved with Roman numerals. Single hand. B) in silver, entirely engraved and centred on a dial with two hands. MOVEMENTS:A) in gilded brass, verge escapement, with openworked cock and engraved pillars and fuses (oxidation, as is).
