Rare Chinese 18/19 Century Porcelain Seated Buddha on a double Lotus Throne, the surface covered with cafe au lait glaze over-painted with gold, the Throne with 2 bands, a ball in Buddha's folded hands, and the tiara all in Robins-egg glaze, the hair and jewels in blue, red and turquoise glaze; unglazed base with fabric impression. Height 11 1/2 inches (29 cm.). Width at base 5 3/4 inches (14.6 cm.).
