款识：稚柳同志正腕，作人。|钤印三个：吴、作人、佩秋珍藏|说明：谢稚柳上款||吴作人，从师徐悲鸿先生。在素描、油画、艺术教育方面都造诣甚深，他在中国画创造方面更是别创一格，自成一家。吴作人是继徐悲鸿之后中国美术界的又一领军人物。曾任中国文联副主席、中国美术家协会主席等职。|谢稚柳，原名稚，字稚柳，后以字行，晚号壮暮翁，斋名鱼饮溪堂、杜斋、烟江楼、苦篁斋。江苏常州人。擅长书法及古书画的鉴定。初与张珩（张葱玉）齐名，世有「北张南谢」之说。
