水墨纸本扇片林志钧（1878-1961），字宰平，号北云，是福建闽县人。北京大学教授林庚先生为其哲嗣。林志钧与沈钧儒同为癸卯科举人，辛亥革命前留学日本。曾任北洋政府司法行政部部长，后为清华研究院导师，建国后为国务院参事室参事。林志钧先生为闽派著名诗人，法学家和哲学巨擘。说明：上款“子楷”。
