燃灯佛（Dīpamkara），意为“锭光”，佛教中纵三世佛之过去佛，为释迦牟尼佛之前的佛，地位极尊，而来世佛则为“弥勒佛”。 此尊燃灯佛极具特色，造像尼泊尔风格极为明显，十分少见。佛像结全跏趺坐于莲花宝座之上，双手于胸前结说法印，法相庄严。 面相丰腴饱满，修眉与鼻胫相通，鼻梁挺直，长目微合眼睑，嘴角微翘，隐含笑意。 躯体溜肩细腰，体态饱满挺拔。右身袒露左肩披袈裟，衣缘内錾刻阴线花纹。下身着贴肤长裙，裙褶压于双腿之下。整尊佛像金水厚重，金光灿灿，保存完好，尤显尊贵。
