钤印：顾青瑶印、若波女孙、长年、多福|题识：一雨生凉绿森森，几竿山窗潇洒影。依旧报平安。丁未冬，青瑶并记。|顾青瑶，名申，字青瑶，别署灵妹。苏州人。顾若波孙女。家学渊源，在绘画、诗文、金石方面均有所长。绘画以山水、花卉为专，治印得邓石如、赵之谦之神，书法石鼓，并擅篆书。活跃于海上美术界。1925年与叶更生、邓钝铁、汤东甫等在上海发起组织金石画报社，1934年与冯文凤等发起组织中国女子书画会。晚年则定居于加拿大。
