壺圓口，短頸，扁圓腹，長方形圈足，器胎壁厚重，金工富麗，掐絲嚴謹工整，肩部飾銅鎏金雙獸耳。壺身用銅鎏金鏨花蔓草紋將腹部界成排列規律的長方格，格內以藍色琺瑯釉為地，掐飾紅色菊花錦紋，為絢麗奪目的難得美器。
