清 黃花梨四出頭官帽椅 Qing Dynasty period. Each with crested top rail supported on two round backwards-curving cornerposts and a C-shaped backsplat, carved with a crane in a round medallion above, the rectangular mid-section carved with a chilong amidst clouds, and with a chilong carved at the base above an arched aperture with beaded edges, the sinuous arms resting on two spindles, and plain frontposts with small aprons, the soft mat seat set within an 'ice-plate' edge frame, all supported on legs of rounded square section joined by plain beaded aprons and a footrail.
