印章为寿山石随形浮雕而成，石质莹润，色如熟栗。器身一面雕苍松翠柏、亭台楼阁、小桥流水；另一面雕饰灵猴环抱苍松，其上喜鹊衔枝，蜜蜂纷飞，瑞鹿、宝塔，分饰其间，形态逼真，生动有趣，衬以祥云迤逦，有祈福祝寿之意。阳刻篆文“直如朱丝绳”笔划细劲，极具金石气息。“直如朱丝绳”五字双行篆书款
