Pair of French 19th Century Porcelain Ice Pails in Sevres Style. Moulded with typical bucket form, and with shaped handles to sides, enameled with a band of dark "bleu celeste" fish-scale pattern over garlands of flowers in polychrome hues. Unmarked. Circa 1900. {Approximate dimensions: 7 1/4 high x 10 1/4 inches diameter.}. Condition: One with firing crack to foot, hairline cracking to one body, minimal gilt loss.
