Chinese Kangxi Period circa 17 century Blue & White Porcelain Bowl with pencil thin painting of Birds, Insects, Rocks and Flowers in underglaze blue, the porcelain fluted with a barbed edge; base in clear glaze. Height of bowl 2 1/2 inches (6.3 cm.) X diameter at mouth 4 3/4 inches (12.1 cm.). Good condition, typical light fritting to edge typical of the period.
