Chinese Kangxi circa 1700 Blue & White Porcelain Ginger Jar and cover with a design of Prunus Blossoms on Cracked Ice in rich underglaze cobalt blue, the inside and base in clear glaze. Total height with cover 9 1/2 inches (24.1 cm.). The Jar in good condition with light age related wear and small, short star-hairlines visible inside but not outside, the cover with 4 small chips to inside unglazed edge.
