说明：木雕在明代中后期至清末达到鼎盛，涌现出一批料美工精的木雕佳作。此件笔筒即为十八世纪木雕精品。笔筒随形雕琢松阁访友图，山石林立，连绵起伏，竹林丛丛，随风飘摆，苍松静立，高耸遒劲，一动一静，亦动亦静。一小阁建于茂林修竹之间，有高士骑马向小阁前行，小童紧随其后，步履轻盈，颇有“山中无历日，寒居不知年”的意境。雕者结合通雕、圆雕、浮雕等多种雕刻技法，刻工精湛，运刀古拙，构图灵动，突破了空间与时间的局限，画面层次丰富，俨然一幅立体的山水画。竹林山石之上多留白，而苍松高耸，构图对比强烈，显出自然幽邃的风格。危耸
