A cigarette case, testing around 14ct gold, of plain rectangular form with rounded corners, the lower right corner with engraved monogram, and thumb piece set with a sapphire cabochon, the interior personally engraved. Marked 56 to interior alongside initial mark K.M, probably Russian. Length 3.5 (9cm), gross weight 3.09 ozt (96.3 grams).
