此香几以紫檀制成，弧形木边攒成几面，中间装板心，边起沿线，直束腰，束腰中开鱼门洞，六条直腿，足内翻，极具美感。此类腿足因细巧纤长，古时又被称作“蜻蜓腿”。该对香几形体修长，线条柔婉，制做工艺精良，是极高档的文房陈设，颇具收藏价值。
