On the front of the cover has three Greek letters of gothic appearance that according to the top line would be an abbreviation, in this case the first three letters of Christ. On the back of the cover three Latin letters of gothic appearance that would be the acronym for. Iesus Homo Salvator. The interior is painted in red.
