The elegant ovoid body with broad high shoulders tapering to a short waisted neck; the upper portion is modeled with a flaring, cup-shaped mouth with rippled petal lip; the body finely incised with broad central band of luxuriant peony blossoms; the lower portion just above the foot carved with a wide band of narrow upright arrowhead lappets; coated with a creamy white glaze. {Approximately Height: 10 1/4 inches}.
