Provenance: From the estate of a private Northern Californian collector Condition: In overall good condition. The canvas is not relined but there is a 1x1 inch patch verso. When examined under black light there are areas of in painting throughout; along the top of the canvas where it meets the frame, throughout her dress and curved arm on the table and where the figures arm is holding the mandolin which corresponds to the patch verso. Aged varnish discoloration throughout, would benefit from being cleaned and re-varnished.
