Two Peachbloom Glaze Amphora Vases Each ofâ elegant high shouldered body rising from a splayed foot to a tall slender waisted neck and flared rim, covered overall with a peachbloom glaze, inscribed to the base with a six-character Kangxi mark. {Approximate height, 10 inches}. Provenance: From the collection of Captain Edward Pearce, Annapolis, Maryland, who served with U.S. Navy stationed in Japan, and England during the 1960's.
