附北京工艺美术博物馆收藏证书及大师工作室收藏证书。简介：崔奇铭，1963年出生，北京人，中国工艺美术大师、中国玉石雕刻大师。作品曾荣获国务院集体嘉奖和中国工艺美术"百花奖"集体金奖、“珍品奖”、中国宝石协会“天工奖”银奖和中国工艺美术大师精品博览会金奖、北京“工美杯”金奖、优秀奖等奖项。1999年与国画大师范曾合作的翡翠作品《老子出关》被评定为玉雕极品。
