花丝镶嵌说明：附北京工艺美术博物馆收藏证书及大师工作室收藏证书。简介：程淑美，1945年出生于北京，现为国家级非物质文化遗产--北京花丝镶嵌制做技艺的传承人，北京工艺美术行业协会理事、中国工艺美术学会金属艺术专业委员会常务理事，中国工艺美术学会会员。2006年当选为中国工艺美术大师、北京市特级工艺美术大师。曾先后师从花丝老艺人翟德寿先生、吴可南大师和玉雕老艺人何荣老师。
