款识：宣和殿御笔天下一人。 作者简介：宋徽宗（1082-1135），名赵佶，宋朝第八位皇帝。被后世评为“宋徽宗诸事皆能，独不能为君耳。但不可否认的是，宋徽宗在琴棋书画上有着巨大成就，尤其是书画上，他的造诣很高，堪称书画巨匠。在历代帝王中，就艺术成就而言，除南唐后主李煜能与其相提并论外，几乎无人能与宋徽宗比肩。他自创一种书法字体被后人称之为“瘦金体”，他热爱画花鸟自成“院体”。是古代少有的艺术天才。
