Chinese 19 Century Lime & Yellow spotted Green Melon Shaped Porcelain Box with applied leaves, vines and pink buds, the vines forming a handle and curling over the mouth edge; the inside in turquoise enamel with the bottom half separated into 4 parts around a central square part, the base with 6 feet. Good condition with small piece of vine near handle missing, small chip to one foot, small glaze flake to inside turquoise, tiny glaze flakes to mouth edges. Diameter 8 3/8 inches (21.2 cm.).
