玉屋商店最早于延宝三年（1675年）开店。主要经营眼镜，明治初年开始精密器材、金银器加工等制造。铫子在日本古代是用来温酒用。现在一般也作煮茶水之器。此铫子出自玉屋商店，刻圆形菊纹装饰，素净典雅、精美细腻，从提梁设计到壶肩内缩向上，再到壶嘴直线而出，无不设计精美。备 注：“纯银、玉屋制”款
