袁晓岑（1915-2008），贵州普定人。曾私淑画家高剑父、高奇峰兄弟。曾为云南画院名誉院长。曾师从徐悲鸿，开创了写意孔雀的画派，还独树一帜地形成了仙鹤、马等多种花鸟画的画风，成为当代中国花鸟画的大家之一。辛酉冬袁晓岑。袁晓岑（白文）出版：《中國書畫精品選集》（近現代卷）P333， 天津人民美術出版社，2007年12月；《文盛軒藏中國書畫作品選》（第六輯）P139，河南美術出版社，2013年6月。
