全品。口沿向内平出，斜腹下收，下呈三足。口沿及底部分别绘一周回字纹，器身主题纹饰为二方连续缠枝莲花，牡丹，菊花，以黑彩为地，花朵留白填少许黑彩突出筋脉。吉州窑纹饰与北方磁州窑纹饰颇为相似。当是南宋时期战乱，故大批北方磁窑工匠南迁，对南方磁窑必定纹饰造型有一定影响。
