全品。小口，器身呈葫芦形，柄上有双系，柄与器身相接处贴塑一朵小花，使器物过度不显生硬，设计构思巧妙，流为宋元典型的长流式，圈足。器身刻缠枝牡丹纹饰，以竹刀类刻出纹饰主要轮廓，在以篦梳轻划出叶片上的纹路，刻画并用。通体施青白釉，景德镇古为饶州府，青白瓷素有饶玉之称。本器釉色温润如玉，为青白瓷难得佳品。
