识文： 握登山外舜江沱，千载崇祠拜孝娥。潮正高时翔鹤鹭，衣当沉处走蛟鼍。珠官夜湿鲛人泪，芷岸朝凄楚客歌。荐罢青萍摩藓壁，灵碑汉晋两无讹。曹娥庙。
款识：乾隆己巳初春，舟次上虞作，方观承。
