款识：听松庐图。文衡山画多从黄鹤山樵出，此作用王山樵法，略涉衡山门径。庚子九秋，画为南山张先生雅属即乞鉴正，钱唐弟戴熙醇士。
钤印：醇士（朱） 戴熙（白） 冬熙室（朱）
鉴藏印：监利朱晋功父氏居敬堂藏（朱） 潘飞声藏于梧桐庭院（朱）
说明：潘飞声旧藏。
