鉴藏印：念堂老人（白）
提要：是碑立于唐贞观二十二年（648）八月，唐太宗李世民书，石在山西太原晋祠。据张彦生云“此碑未见宋拓，明拓字瘦而不失原书体，清初再剜拓本，字肥臃肿无力”。
是拓墨色乌沉，石花漫漶，末页清道光二十年（1840）崔旭墨笔题记，述所见版本差异，旧装剪裱一册。
