提要：是碑为北魏著名的摩崖石刻之一，北魏宣武帝永平二年（509）刻于陕西褒城县东北褒斜谷石门崖壁，书风超逸疏宕、舒展自然，康有为誉之为神品：“石门铭飞逸奇浑，翩翩欲仙，若瑶岛散仙，骖鹤跨鸾”。此拓三行“自晋氏南迁”之“晋”字侵及“曰”部左竖。剪裱装，绫面旧函，装裱精整。
