鉴藏印：葛甬氏（朱） 葛甬（朱）
提要：是碑全称《大唐皇帝等慈寺之碑》，立于唐贞观十一年（637）后，颜师古撰文，正书，三十二行，行六十五字，碑文规整俊秀，有魏碑遗意。碑在河南汜水（今荥阳县）。此拓首行“司牧”二字完好，十八行“瞻葡之林熠耀宵行”之“林熠”二字完好，末刻道光七年（1827）沈传桂观跋。封皮有华旭墨笔署签。剪裱旧装，保存完好。
