鉴藏印：刘铨福印长寿年宜子孙（白） 仲肃所得金石（白）
提要：此碑东汉元初四年（117）立，篆书亦兼隶意，体势开张，气魄雄强，为汉碑中不可多得之上品。清乾隆三十九年（774）元氏县令王治岐重新访得，始有拓本行世。此拓六行末“熹”字未损。整纸棰拓，旧裱，品相完好。
