提要：是拓传为苏轼起草《宣德郎刘锡敕》，原本现藏上海博物馆，袁忠彻曾有跋云：“兹稿出吾乡史氏，予家藏之已久”。于原本真伪至今未有定论。
是拓橅印全篇，上有龚心钊墨笔题记版本流传，并以泥金小楷考据刘锡之父生平。审视敕文，于刘锡名号下着笔“永父”二字，可见龚氏学识之精审。
