A mahogany moonphase longcase clock: the eight-day duration movement striking the hours on a bell, the thirteen-inch painted break-arch dial having black Arabic hour numerals, Arabic quarter-hour markings, painted gilt corner spandrel decoration, subsidiary date and seconds dials to the centre and brass hands with the arch having a rolling moonphase aperture, the mahogany case having fluted canted corners to the base, quarter-columns to the trunk, a shaped top to the trunk door and surmounted by a swan-neck pediment with carved floral patrae and full fluted pillars to the hood, height 210cms.
