Vase is of baluster shape and has an elegantly tapering neck that is applied with stylised archaistic dragon handles. The red-ground necks are decorated to each side with a large bat and chime above a stylised lotus bloom flanked by serpentine chilong. The ovoid body is finely enamelled with a continuous landscape scene, all between bands of ruyi-heads above and below. Six character seal at base
