孙竹篱(1909-1986)，名守仁，河北滦县人。抗日战争期间躲避战乱，随东北大学一道移居四川三台县，至1958年定居射洪。他是著名国画家，中国美术家协会会员，原任四川省市政协委员，县政协常委，四川诗书画院副院长，一生从事美术教育，晚年钻研诗画创作，擅意笔花鸟画，常作荷花、梅花，作品有《画梅》、《鸡雏》、《墨荷》等。作画近千幅，书法二百余件，作诗六百余首，受到文化艺术界的推崇，著有《孙林书画集》，《竹篱诗文集》。
