Zinnoberroter Schnitzlack. Holzkern mit Textil. Innen und unten jeweils schwarz lackiert. Beide mit feinen gravierten Mustern, auf der Dose oben Pflaumenblüten auf Wellen und ruyi-Formen. Tablett Höhe 1,8cm, 18,7x13,5cm, Deckeldose Höhe 4,5cm, 10,3x10,5cm. Zustand B. Beschädigt, Fehlstellen und restauriert.

SMALL TRAY AND BOX FOR INCENSE.
China. Qing dynasty. 19th c.

Cinnabar red carved lacquer. Wooden core with textile. Inside and underneath lacquered black. Both with finely engraved patterns, the lid of the box with plum blossoms on waves and ruyi shapes. Tray height 1.8cm, 18.7x13.5cm, box height.4.5cm, 10.3x10.5cm. Condition B. Damaged, parts missing and restored.
