An Edwardian silver dish, of shaped oval form with pierced foliate sections between concave roundels with embossed floral surrounds, beneath an oblique gadrooned rim interspersed with foliate motifs, with a conforming foliate and pierced swing handle (a/f), and raised upon a stepped oval base. Hallmarked Henry Moreton, Birmingham 1903. Length 11 1/2 inches (29cm), weight 21.14 ozt (657.8 grams). The lot displays general surface scratches, marks, wear and tarnishing commensurate with age and use. Some pierced areas slightly bent and swing handle snapped near centre.
