镇纸乃明清年间文人墨客案头必备的用具，昔魏晋始以镇压物，后范畴扩展，用于书画文翰时，压住纸张边角，以防风吹纸动。明清之时已衍申为文房用器，当时古人多将镇纸赋意祛恶求善之意。此镇纸以上等精铜凝练而成，寿星额头高耸，慈眉善目，衣纹简约而流畅，一只仙鹤依附身旁，神态毕现，意境优雅。通体包浆莹润，打磨光滑，造型简洁古朴，以求形似，实乃神似。置于案头即可赏神形兼备之美，又可品祥瑞寓意之丰硕，使人爱不释手
