四臂观音在藏传佛教中广受崇奉，拍品以银为材，较铜造像更为少见，且制作工艺精细，颇为难得。
观音面含微笑，头戴华丽的五叶冠，发髻高耸。身着天衣帛带，肩披羊皮，主二臂合掌于胸前，捧起硕大的摩尼宝，为萨迦派崇奉的观音形象。造像通体包浆自然，头冠、耳珰鎏金装饰，金银两色对比分明。
