说明:以阿弥陀佛为主尊的这一幅唐卡描绘了西方极乐净土的场景。主尊阿弥陀佛身红色, 双手结禅定印托钵, 端庄慈祥, 后衬绿色头光、七彩身光。主尊背后是雄伟壮丽的汉式殿宇。主尊前方有八大菩萨、供养弟子、佛母、持伞盖天女和吹奏的乐师等, 上方有师徒三尊。画面四角又各绘一尊以殿宇作为背景的佛像, 表现其他四方佛国的胜境。整幅唐卡绘制工细, 造型严谨, 设色明艳, 对比强烈, 反映了北京地区雍和宫唐卡画师极为精湛的技艺水平。
