Signed and dated 90 lower right; with artist card glued verso to the canvas; titled verso on the left side of the frame: Old Singapore Shophouses. Provenance: Purchased from a gallery in Singapore. CONDITION: In overall good condition, the canvas is not relined. When examined under black light there is no visible evidence in in painting or restoration. No abrasions or cracking to the paint surface, the signature does not glow under black light.
