The dish with shallow rounded sides, carved on the interior medallion with large peonies, prunus, bamboo, rockworks, and birds, with key fret background, the frieze to the exterior is carved with scrolling leafy patterns, the reverse decorated with scrolling peony, raised on a tall foot ring, the base is applied with black lacquer, with Qianlong six-character reign mark. {Diameter: 19 inches (48.3 cm)}.
