款识：己丑冬 海陵谭祖云写|钤印：老云（朱）□草堂（白） |谭组云（1876-1949），名德钟、孝先，号高谭，皈依印光大师后，法名德备，晚号海陵老人。祖居江西南昌，后迁江苏海安镇，至其为11世。民国时期蜚声海上书坛，为我国近代杰出书法大家之一。
