题识：板桥观竹图。衙斋卧听萧萧竹，疑是民间疾苦声。些小吾曹州县吏，一枝一叶总关情。乌纱掷去不为官，囊橐萧萧两袖寒。写取一枝清瘦竹，秋风江上作渔竿。岁在壬申（1992）新春漫写清人板桥居士诗意，颇得恬雅之趣写以聊兴于古长安兴庆宫沉香亭。静墨斋主王西京并记。||钤印：西京（朱文）、王（白文)
