PAIR OF GILT CLOISONNE ENAMEL 'QILIN' CENSERS, 19TH CENTURY, the mythical beast modeled walking with heads turned to one side and open mouths. One very small area just at the base of the horn of one qilin has been re-enamelled. The interior of one censer is covered in verdigris patina.
Dimension: 9 3/4 in ( 24.8 cm ) H.
